The idea is quite simple. A while back, when I started my own business, I stopped running in the mornings and started using the running time for things like – business planning, updating accounts and all the other minutiae of business admin.
To compensate a little for this lack of exercise, I decided to get off the tube a few stops earlier and walk a bit more on my way in to work and to see my clients. I also walk between meetings if I can.
If you work in London – then you see all sorts of things just walking along the road. So I’ve now decided to take a camera along to try and capture some of the scenes I see.
